Welsh chef Ben Smith is bringing his London-based GrillBird pop-up to Dublin for four days.
Japanese-inspired ramen, dumplings, karaage, devilled ramen eggs, snacks and sharing plates, with plenty of GrillBird twists along the way.
Ben has cooked at Top Cuvée, Jazu, LOOP, Pasero, Quality Chop House and currently The Shaston Arms.
