About Dan Chambers / GAFFE

Dan has spent the past 15 years cooking in pubs and restaurants across London and France. He has led kitchens at Bambi and 10 Greek Street, worked on acclaimed residencies including Four Legs and Belly, and completed more than 10 residencies across Europe and Asia. His cooking is seasonal, bistro-inspired and focused on bold flavours with a simple, thoughtful approach.

Good to Know

Can I just have a pint?

Absolutely. Leonard's Corner will always be a pub at heart. GAFFE operates from one section of the pub only, so there will always be space to call in for a pint. No booking required.

Is the Friday pub quiz still on?

Yes. Our pub quiz takes place every Friday at 9pm. If you're joining us for dinner and would like to stay for the quiz, just mention it in your booking request.
